The Shiraz Ballroom accommodates up to 350 guests for a seated dinner, or up to 450 guests for a cocktail-style reception. Our team can advise on the optimal layout for your event size and format.

You are also welcome to bring an approved outside caterer — a kitchen access fee applies. Halal, kosher, and dietary-specific menus are available through our preferred partners.
Yes. The ballroom can be configured for a ceremony-to-reception flip, with a cocktail hour held in our adjacent foyer while the room is transformed. Our event coordinator manages the transition so your guests experience a seamless evening.
All packages include a professional sound system, wireless microphones, and a projection screen. The Ararat and Pomegranate packages include full stage lighting and uplighting. We also have a dedicated AV technician available for the duration of your event.

The Shiraz Ballroom is fully accessible. We have step-free entrances, accessible washrooms, and reserved parking spaces close to the main entrance. Please let us know in advance if any of your guests require specific accommodations.
